My family and I stayed at this cabin for our trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and had a great time!! The view is amazing and the place felt right at home. Kathleen was very responsive and gave us a lot of great recommendations on things to do and local places to eat. Elvira's was great because of its proximity to the cabin and the food was good too! Thank you Kathleen for hosting us!!

So far this has been the most welcoming, home away from home feeling I have ever had with renting a cabin. The cabin is very thoughtfully stocked with items to use while you’re there and the atmosphere of the cabin to me seemed as if you were sharing the cabin with extended family or a group of very close friends where mutual respect of taking care of what you have reins so that whoever stays there whenever, enjoys it and has a great time, if that makes sense. There is a guest book to read notes left from previous families that have stayed there which was so fun to read. You just feel connected to the place and our family loved that. The cabin is beautiful and decorated very well and the view from the porch is amazing. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. I didn’t want to leave.

We absolutely loved this cabin! There was so much room for our family, and the two balconies made it even better. The view is incredible — mountain front and so peaceful. After being in the middle of all the crowds in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, this was the perfect escape. Kathleen was a wonderful host and even shared great guides on places to eat and things to do. We can’t say enough good things about this place!

Our family had a great time here. Kathleen was answering questions before we even arrived to make sure our vacation with 2 teen/pre-teen boys was perfect. The views are amazing. The house was clean and set up very perfectly. We did get to see a bear from the house, so that was really neat!! We would stay here again and would recommend to family friends if they were ever headed that way. Thank you Kathleen!!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our family was captivated by the breathtaking views, especially watching the clouds drift through the mountain valleys. We enjoyed spotting various birds and were even lucky enough to see a large bear early one morning—an unforgettable moment! Evenings were filled with fun as we played pool and foosball every night, which added to the enjoyment of our stay. While reaching the cabin felt like a bit of a stretch on the first day, we quickly got used to it and found it well worth the effort. Kathleen was a fantastic host—warm, helpful, and quick to respond. She provided great recommendations for nearby dining and shopping, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a memorable and delightful stay, and we left with wonderful memories.

Cabin was perfect and Kathleen had thought of everything to make our stay perfect. The views were absolutely amazing for coffee on the deck in the morning or wine in the hot tub in the evening. We will definitely be back.
